Founded in 2012 By Dan Glassco, Wüd Würx quickly blossomed into a passionate milling and handmade woodcraft business, through the purchase of a sawmill, and several other key pieces to start the wood shop. Dan bases his work on sustainable milling and harvesting his product from the land. This is part of a process he calls "Full Cycle Woodworking".​

He crafts furniture, canoe paddles, kitchen utensils, perfume devices, pens, shaving accessories and many other products.

The finishes he uses are mainly, Food Grade mineral oil with beeswax, Tung Oil and water based Urethane. His favourite local and exotic woods include:
Wild Apple, Sumac, Juniper, Maple, Black Walnut, and Black Cherry.

We are working on available shipping methods, for pens and smaller items. Personal delivery of furniture or local pickup at the Schomberg Olde Mill Art Gallery & Shoppe is the main method of shipping currently.
